Raw whole tiger prawns with dark brown bands across the shell, long antennae and blue-yellow tails. The photos show them raw on paper, arranged on a white plate, and grilled with spring onion and lemon.
Grill, barbecue or pan-fry them in the shell so the heads and tails keep their moisture. They are done as soon as the shells turn bright red.
